By using Unifyed (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
1. The Service
Unifyed is a unified interface that lets you query multiple third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, Perplexity) through a single subscription. We do not train AI models ourselves; we proxy your prompts to providers via the OpenRouter API.
Service availability depends on third-party providers. We don't guarantee continuous availability of any specific model and may add, remove, or substitute models at any time.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws, including misuse of the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
3. Subscription plans
Unifyed is offered as a monthly subscription. Available plans:
Daily quotas reset at 00:00 UTC. Exceeding the quota does not interrupt your subscription; you can resume the next day or upgrade to a higher plan.
All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4. Free-trial offer
The "Free 30-day trial" gives you full access to the Pro plan until either thirty (30) days have elapsed from your subscription start date OR you have sent five (5) user messages through the chat interface — whichever of these two limits is reached first. No charge is taken at signup. Your card is captured via Stripe's SetupIntent only so the subscription can renew automatically at the end of the trial.
As soon as one of the two limits is reached (30 days OR 5 messages used), your subscription is automatically converted to the standard Pro plan at €19.80/month, billed monthly until you cancel. The conversion is handled by Stripe and you are notified by email. You can cancel anytime from your settings before either limit is reached and no amount will be charged. Cancellations after conversion take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The free trial is limited to one redemption per person and per payment method (card BIN). We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any subscription deemed abusive, fraudulent or automated.
5. Billing & payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only Stripe does, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date. If a payment fails, we will retry; persistent failure may result in suspension of access. You're responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
By subscribing and accessing the Service immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (digital content delivered immediately). Subscriptions are therefore non-refundable for the current period.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes third-party rights; circumvent rate limits or quotas; reverse-engineer the Service; resell access without our written permission.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Liability
AI-generated content can be inaccurate. You're responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for critical decisions. We provide the Service "as is" and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
11. AI model variants
The AI models accessible through Unifyed (presented as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Grok, LLaMA and Perplexity) are custom-configured variants tuned with proprietary system instructions specific to the Service. They are not unmodified versions of the underlying providers' models, and their behaviour, response style, identity disclosures and feature scope may differ from what you would obtain by accessing the same provider directly.
We make no representation that the variant offered through Unifyed corresponds to any specific underlying version, parameter size, training-data cutoff, or release tier of the named family. We may change the underlying model behind a given branded variant at any time, without prior notice, in order to maintain Service quality, manage operating costs, or comply with provider terms. You acknowledge and accept these implementation details as forming part of the Service to which you subscribe.
If a specific underlying provider version is essential to your use case, you should subscribe directly with that provider. Unifyed is designed for users who want unified access to the breadth of frontier AI families, not version-specific guarantees.
